Pre-Immersion
2 weeks**

• Face-to-face interviews with C-Suites and selected C-2
• Documents review of strategic board papers, corporate KPIs, customer/employee satisfaction survey results etc
• Prep discussion with CEO/COO on findings and agenda for immersion session

Executive Immersion
3 day off-site

• Day 1: Sharing of findings from interviews and documents review & discussion on individual and organisational aspirations.  Business Case introduction.
• Day 2: Business case simulations to determine & align on business imperatives & leadership attributes (groups)
• Day 3: Develop execution plan to cascade collectively agreed upon business imperatives &  attributes needed as leaders & team players

Post Immersion
(2 weeks)

• A comprehensive execution plan to cascade business imperatives organisation-wide
• Conduct a 1 day session or cluster of sessions for the cascade
• Assess understanding and solicit feedback on the execution plan
• Enhancements made if & where needed
• Roll-out and monitor
